Press Edition also supports broader research and publishing activities covering search marketing, artificial intelligence, technology and digital innovation. This work complements my experience in SEO, online authority building and generative search optimization (GEO).

R&D and Product Development

Set up and managed the research and development function at Elonex, a UK computer manufacturer, supporting the development of computer hardware, consumer technology products and convergence technology projects. Worked across hardware design, product development, technical testing, quality control, production processes and international technical support. Took product concepts through development, certification, production readiness and post-launch support. Set up and managed the company’s WHQL certification programme, working with Microsoft compatibility standards, and developed internal quality-control and production procedures to improve product reliability and consistency. Acted as the last line of support for international branches, consultants, suppliers and production partners. Designed and developed hardware solutions combining computer, display, media and entertainment technologies.
