What is the difference between Color Correction and Color Grading?
Color Correction is the technical process: ensuring accurate exposure, setting proper white balance, and correcting for noise or technical flaws. Color Grading is the creative process: applying a specific style or "look" (e.g., warm vintage, cool sci-fi, dark and moody) to evoke a desired emotion.
How should I deliver my footage to you for grading?
The best method is to send me an XML, AAF, or EDL file from your editing software along with the original, unrendered footage files. This allows me to view your timeline and apply the grade directly to the highest-quality source files.
What if I want a different look after the final delivery?
You receive 2 revisions (Basic), 4 revisions (Standard), or 6 revisions (Premium). A revision is for minor adjustments. If you request a complete change of the creative look, that constitutes a major creative change and will require a new Custom Offer.
My project is longer than 5 minutes but less than 15 minutes. Which package should I choose?
