Answer: The more details, the better! Include specifics like subject, color palette, style, mood, and any reference images or examples you like. If you want, I can also suggest any additional keywords that might provide outputs which better match your vision!
Can I request revisions after the art is created?
Answer: Yes, revisions are part of the process. I’ll work with you to make adjustments based on the given tier. I will always provide you with 2 included revisions regardless of the tier! :D
What file formats do you provide?
Answer: I typically deliver high-resolution PNG files, but let me know if you need any other formats like JPEG, PDF, PSD, TIF... etc, I'd be happy to help!
What resolution/size will the artwork be?
Answer: By default, I provide high-resolution 1920x1080 (1080p) 16:9 files suitable for printing and digital use. If you have specific size requirements, such as 1080x1080 (Album/Song Covers) or 864x1080 (4:5 Social Media) let me know upfront. Additional upscaling option goes up to 4096 × 2160 (4K).
How long does it take to complete an order?
Answer: Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your request, but most orders are completed within 24–72 hours.
