About me
Hey, I'm Vinay - Chief of design at a company that helps tech enterprises scale. 12 years deep in design, & closer to product every year. I have delivered three full-fledged enterprise products in 2026. I work across product development lifecycle with AI-assisted implementation (Yeah, no sh*t, I know). In 2026, I designed three enterprise products (in fintech, manufacturing, and events) with engineers and QA professionals. I traveled from India to client sites in Europe to run workshops, understand existing workflows, and shape early forms of proposed digital solutions. Within the first week, I turned the findings into interactive prototypes that helped stakeholders see and assess the proposed direction, gain their confidence, driving purchase decisions. I've also individually (solo) taken products from concept through implementation. That work has included defining the architecture and technology stack, integrating third-party services (including payment gateways) and planning security-focused, cost-conscious infrastructure. Where it fits the product, I use a static web app with server-side operations handled by edge functions, avoiding an always-on application server, thereby reducing recurring costs for clients.
