Send me your b/w photograph and i will convert it to color photograph. Should be scanned well and should not have the half tone scanner dots. And should be in good condition does not including retouching, I do that too but charges extra for that. Image should be at good resolution if you want for printing purpose. Image will be required to pre approve for feasibility.
