The complete workout program consists of a weekly regimen we give you to follow. Each program varies greatly since we design them differently for each client. A daily and weekly schedule is given, along with videos to help guide you through any exercise or training program.
That's no problem, if you don't have a gym, please let us know when you make your order, and we'll give you a program that you can follow from the convenience of your own home without any equipment.
