I am studying Nutrition/Dietetics in college right now. I have also job shadowed multiple dietitians, and am qualified to write up personalized meal plans. I am not qualified to give medical advice/treat/cure an individual. However, for general nutrition information, I am your gal! I can personalized meal plans for various reasons. Gaining/Losing/Maintaining weight. My meal plans are based off the guidelines of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. They will be science based and HEALTHY. I will not help you lose an insane amount of weight in order to lead to eating disorders. I am known as a FOODIE, and love things to taste great. With that being said, I can pass over the recipes I love and enjoy on my own. I will write meal plans based on science and research. This is knowledge based from what I have learned in School, not the internet. I will not make the meal plans hard to follow, and will be able to work with individuals with Vegetarian, and Vegan Diets as well as normal diets too. I am flexible with food preferences and can work with whatever is easiest for you to succeed and get healthy.
