My standard 30 day meal plan provides several different healthy and delicious options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I also give tell you what portion sizes to eat, what types of beverages are acceptable to drink, what things to limit, and avoid all together. You will notice results from my meal plan the end of week one, whether or not you are working out. Of course I always encourage working out as well, especially if you are trying to lose a substantial amount of weight.
