Sometimes telling someone the truth can ruin a relationship. What if you could give a constructive criticism/suggestion without your personal life or relationship being on the line?
That woman at your work who's 50 years old, and still wears the same hairdo she had in the 80's. (It looked good in high school!)
You overheard the boss talking about letting a coworker go for under performance. (Maybe they can try harder and save themselves)
The neighbor down the street with a Buick on cinder blocks (I want to give you a warning before I report you to the HOA)
Is there a person in your life that could do with a friendly word? Our email to that person will be 100% anonymous, and elegantly written.
When possible, we will include quotes as they pertain to the criticism. (ie. “Some of the worst mistakes in my life were haircuts” ― Jim Morrison)
Sometimes the difference between a job and a great job is that one little thing we're doing wrong. Help make your peer's life better.
