Since the opening of Vevo’s Los Angeles studio, I’ve worked as one of the primary camera operators for their live performance series — highly choreographed one-take shoots featuring top artists and musicians. Each performance is executed live, with intricate lighting cues and precise camera movement that require a balance of technical accuracy and creative instinct. Though I take direction from producers and directors, I’m relied upon to exercise creative freedom and real-time decision-making to capture authentic energy and emotion throughout the performance.
