Do you provide structural analysis and calculations?
Yes. Analysis and load calculations are in the Premium package, or you can add them as an extra. I check loads and member sizes for your design and show the results in the drawings. Please tell me the design code you need to follow.
Are the plans stamped by an engineer?
Stamping is not included. If your authority requires a stamp, I prepare the analysis and drawings for your engineer’s review and sign-off.
Can you do steel, wood and concrete in one order?
Yes. I draft all three and keep them coordinated in one set of drawings. For mixed projects, message me first so I can recommend the right package.
Do you provide 3D models?
Yes. A 3D model is included in the Premium package or can be added as an extra. I build it from your plans so you can check the layout and proportions before construction. Tell me which file format you need before ordering.
