I'm Astrid, a developer and digital project manager with 15+ years in technology and e-commerce. I fix what's broken on your website or online store: PrestaShop, WooCommerce, WordPress and Magento bugs, speed, checkout and layout issues. I start by understanding the problem, then choose the simplest fix that lasts. Clear communication, tested before delivery. I work in English and French from Mauritius (GMT+4). Message me with the issue before ordering and I'll confirm whether I can help.
FAQ
Q: What do you need to start?
A: I need access to your website (WordPress/PrestaShop admin) and sometimes FTP or hosting access for deeper debugging.
Q: I don’t know what the issue is. Can you check first?
A: Yes, absolutely. Send me a message and I will analyze the issue for free and tell you the best package or a custom offer.
Q: Is my website safe?
A: Yes. I always use secure debugging methods and take backups when required. I never touch anything unrelated to the fix.
Q: What if my issue is very complex?
A: If the issue is bigger than what your package covers, I’ll inform you clearly and send a fair custom offer no surprises.
Q: Do you work on both WordPress and PrestaShop?
A: Yes. I fix bugs in WordPress, PrestaShop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP — front-end and back-end.
