I will create a site plan for your property that complies with the International Building Code (IBC) in the U.S. or the National Building Code of Canada (NBC), as well as the requirements of your state and county (or province, territory, or municipality), making it suitable for obtaining a building permit.

A site plan is the most common plan used for building permits for:

- Home additions, decks, or porch additions

- New construction

- Outdoor structures (sheds, fences, decks, gazebos, etc.)

- Demolition permits

- Commercial property planning

- Drive-thru restaurants

- Storage facilities

- Multi-family and cluster residential sites

Using satellite imagery, GIS data, county parcel maps, zoning codes, I will draw the site plan of your property to include exact property lines, existing structures, trees, driveway, pool, and other major features.

A licensed engineers stamp is usually not required for a site plan. If it is needed, I can provide the stamp only for projects located in the United states.
