If you are counting calories or just want to eat healthier, I can provide one day's worth of a balanced meal plan for you. You tell me what your goal is and I will give you the meal plan to match it. My approach is to provide a balanced plan that contains protein, carbohydrates and good fat, all essential elements to a healthy diet. For example, if your target calorie intake for the day is 1,500 then I will plan meals and snacks that do not exceed the total calories requested. Another example is that you want to have 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat in your diet, I will customize a day's worth of meals to suit that need.
