I will teach you how to meditate and be your personal teacher
Would you like to learn how to meditate and integrate the benefits into your everyday life?
I am a professional meditation teacher; I've learned from many of the most respected teachers and programs around the world. I've sat for up to 15 hours a day for months at a time, exploring the subtle states of consciousness achievable through meditation.
I've taught students all over the world and have my own online community, with weekly group meditations. Chances are, your concerns about learning meditation, have already been a problem for my current students, who are now self-sufficient meditators and thriving because of a daily practice.
I will teach you until you're a self-sufficient meditator and gaining daily benefits yourself. You won't need to rely on apps or guided youtube videos, you'll be able to meditate wherever and whenever. That's my goal to you.

“I can’t quieten my mind, I’m always thinking”
Thoughts are a part of meditation. Somewhere along the line of meditation becoming more mainstream, the big myth of ‘blanking the mind’ has snuck in. Our minds are made for thinking so thoughts are a welcome part of meditation - we’re not trying to stop or push them away.
When will I see the benefits?
Everyone experiences meditation differently, majority start feeling the benefits right away, while some take a few days longer. I can guarantee within three weeks of building a regular practise you will begin to notice benefits on both subtle and gross levels.
What if I don’t have a place to meditate?
There is no requirement for ‘a meditation space’ to practice. Although it would be nice, the best bit about this practice I'll teach you is that it's a portable tool you can take everywhere. Meditating on public transport, busy markets or loud workspaces, are all places you can practice meditation.
Do I have to practice yoga, or be spiritual to meditate?
No and No. Of course, meditation has a bit of a hippy stereotype attached to it but I’ve met and taught people from all walks of life. With or without a religious background, successful or unsuccessful, stressed or not stressed - people all around the world are utilising the tool of meditation.
