FAQ
What counts as a revision and what counts as a new order?
Revisions cover fixes and adjustments inside the feature list you sent before I started. A new page, a new feature or a changed data model is a new order or a paid extra, and I quote it before touching anything.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The full repository is transferred to your GitHub account on delivery, with commit history and a README explaining how to run it locally and deploy it. No licence, no lock in, no dependency on me afterwards.
Do I need to provide hosting and a domain?
For the front end I can deploy to Vercel free tier under your account. A backend and database need a paid plan, usually 5 to 20 dollars a month on Railway or Render. You own and pay those accounts directly.
Do I need my content ready before we start?
Yes for anything user facing. Placeholder text is fine for a first build, but swapping real copy in later is a revision, and a full content pass after delivery is a new order.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Text and images yes, if you order Standard or Premium, because the admin dashboard is built for that. Layout and feature changes need a developer. I document how everything is structured.
What do you not do?
This gig does not cover WordPress, Wix, Shopify or template customisation, logo and content writing, or native mobile apps. It delivers custom React and Next js web applications on a Node backend.
How long is post launch support?
Fourteen days of bug fixing after delivery on every package, covering anything that does not work as specified. New features during that window are quoted separately.
Can you add integrations or ongoing maintenance?
Yes, both are handled as a custom offer rather than a package extra. Send your feature list first and I will quote the integration or the monthly maintenance scope before you order anything.
Can you go faster than the stated delivery?
Often yes. Purchase the fast delivery extra and message me first so I can confirm the compressed timeline is realistic for your feature list before you pay for it.
What if I do not like the result?
Send the specific points against the feature list you submitted and I fix them inside your revision rounds. That is why I send a scoped plan before writing code, so we agree on what finished means.
