About This Gig

My meal plans are specifically for people on a ketogenic diet for weight loss (low carb) (NOT for medical treatment of epilepsy). I keep carbs below 30 net grams a day to keep you in ketosis and burning fat, and keep the calories at a good level for maximum weight loss (Most of my meal plans will be allowing for the aim of about 1500 calories a day). If you want a meal plan tailored to your caloric needs (for maximum weight loss), as well as to any dietary restrictions (ie gluten free, grain free) or likes/dislikes, please select a personalized plan. If you provide your height, weight, and gender, I can tailor a plan to you.

I've been doing keto for 3 years and I've lost 160lbs doing it. Every recipe has been tried, tested, and approved by me. No bad recipes here!

Every meal plan comes with a shopping list.

NOTE: I do not do vegan meal plans, as it's very difficult to get the nutrition you need while doing low carb vegan - supplements must be added and it's too restrictive.
