First time ever ordering a VRM and saw Christopher's work as my first choice for this project, he is an incredibly polite and easy to talk to person and answered any questions I had very quickly with all the detail I needed. I am really impressed with the final outcome of my FFXIV character ported to a VRM with no revisions needed, thank you so so much!

I have ordered Sphene (endless), and celleneres worked over time with me to fix bugs! we have been going back and forth for a week to fix it, and to me that is far more professional than any "first tries" can get! Customer service is impeccable as always, and the self-made shaders for xiv characters are the best on the market!
