What counts as one bug?
One specific problem with one cause. For example one broken button, one layout issue, or one failing API call. If your site has several separate problems, the Multi Fix package is the better value.
What access do you need from me?
Usually your code, a GitHub or ZIP file, and steps to reproduce the bug. For live sites, staging or hosting access helps. I never touch anything outside the bug I was hired for.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then you get a full refund, no argument. But message me the error first and I will tell you honestly before you order whether it is something I can solve.
Will you break something else?
No. I test the fix and check the surrounding code before delivering. If a fix touches something risky, I tell you first instead of guessing.
Do you work with WordPress or Shopify?
My focus is custom code: React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, PHP and Python. For plugin or theme issues on WordPress or Shopify, message me first and I will tell you if it fits.
How fast can you start?
