Customer Service (Service professionals - food and beverage) is a simplified course giving the learner an overview of tried and tested Customer Service, processes, tips and tricks. This course focuses on improving the customers experience and will give the learner structures, insights and practical tips in the following areas: What is Customer Service?, why do we need great customer service?, the most important elements of service delivery, a detailed overview of the P.A.S.S process, communication skills and an overview of the I.D.E.A.L. process and dealing with difficult customers.
The course is ideal for those new to Customer Service or to those with a few years of service experience who may want a refresher course or some practical suggestions to improve performance.
