About This Gig

I am offering my editing services for a penny per word! I will edit any spelling mistakes, including homonyms, and just general word choice. I will also edit any grammar mistakes, and offer revisions when requested! Finally, I also offer feedback services which can include adding hooks to your first paragraph, analyzing the general flow and rhythm of your paper, or even determining word choice for a specific audience. I really encourage communication between myself and my clients in order to establish an understanding of what each party wants and expects from the project.

In the end, I just want both parties to be pleased with the outcome of our work together!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I have more (or less) than 500 words, how much does it cost?
Charging $5 per 500 words translates into a penny per word! All you have to do is take your word count, multiply it by .01, and that's your price. Example: 651 words would cost $6.51.
  • If I have 1,000 words, can I have two revisions in my package?
I offer one free revision per project, no matter the word count. Any extras cost extra money.
  • How fast can you finish a project?
I generally set down a day or so for 500 words, but as I have another job that I currently work at (and life get's in the way sometimes), my time is not always my own. That's why I give myself two days (roughly 48 hrs) to finish a 500 word project, just in case!
  • Do you speak another language besides English?
The short answer? No. The long answer? I would love to, someday! I have been learning French off and on for years, so the basics (hello, goodbye, how are you) I know almost by heart. I've also accumulated quite a bit of vocabulary, but other than that my translating skills just aren't there.
