About This Gig

The basic gig includes a 4 week strength program and instructions on how to implement it. It has a list of exercises to choose from and prescribes sets, reps, intensities, and rest periods. This program follows a simple block periodization model that is very effective. Do not trust the "gurus" you see elsewhere to give you a decent program. For an extra $15 I will personalize it for you since no two goals are the same.
