How it works:
Send me the error message, the code or a link, and what it should do. I tell you if I can fix it and which package fits. I find the cause, fix it, test it and send you a short explanation of what changed, so you understand it.
The Basic package is for small fixes. For bigger projects, message me first and I will send a custom offer.
I review and test everything myself before delivery. English and Spanish.

What should I send you before ordering?
The exact error message, a link or screenshot of the problem, and what the page or app should do. If you can, a copy or test version of the project instead of your live site.
What if you cannot fix my problem?
I tell you before you order whether I think I can fix it. If during the work I find it is not possible, I let you know right away and we can cancel the order.
Do you need access to my full project?
Usually only the file or code with the problem, the error message and what should happen. A copy of the project or a test version is best, so your live site is never at risk.
