I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coordinator and Holistic Nutritionist. Health and Fitness is my passion. I educate people about the importance of eating the proper foods that promote healing through the mental, physical and emotional channels that affect our overall well-being. My teachings are based on natural approaches to fitness and nutrition. I offer 1 - 7 day meal plans that cover breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meal plans are focused on alkaline foods that promote weight loss and healing. Fitness consultations are offered as well to complement meal plans.
