FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, TSV, and Google Sheets links. If your data is in another format, send me a sample and I'll confirm before you order.
How do I know how many rows I have?
Open your file and check the last row number. If you're unsure, message me the file and I'll tell you which package fits — I'd rather quote you correctly than have you overpay.
Will you delete any of my data?
No. Duplicates are removed and documented, but any row I'm unsure about goes into a separate review queue for you to decide on. You get a change log listing every transformation, so you can verify exactly what happened.
My data is confidential. Is that a problem?
No. I only use your file to complete the order, and I permanently delete it after delivery on request. If you'd prefer, remove or anonymise sensitive columns before sending — cleaning works the same either way.
Do I need to know Python to use what you deliver?
Not at all. You get a normal Excel and CSV file you can open and use immediately. The Python script in the Premium package is optional — it's there if you want to re-run the same cleaning yourself later.
What if my file is larger than 50,000 rows?
That's fine, message me first and I'll send a custom offer. Large files often cost less per row, so it's usually cheaper than stacking extras.
Can you analyse the data or build a dashboard too?
Yes. Charts and an Excel dashboard are available as a gig extra, or I can quote it as a custom offer once I've seen the data.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 2–5 days depending on package. If you need it sooner, add the 24-hour express extra or message me first to confirm I can meet your deadline.
