Yes, especially if you are unsure what is causing the problem. Send me your URL and a short description or screenshot of the issue. I can then recommend the appropriate package before you order.
What types of HTML, CSS and JavaScript problems can you fix?
I can fix layout and styling problems, responsive issues, broken elements, JavaScript errors, forms, menus, buttons, frontend conflicts and other HTML, CSS or JavaScript issues.
What access will you need?
This depends on the issue. I may need access to the relevant source files, hosting, cPanel, FTP/SFTP or your development environment. I will only request the access necessary to complete the agreed work.
Will you create a backup before making changes?
When appropriate and when the required access is available, I will create or verify a backup before making changes that could affect the site.
What counts as one issue?
One issue means one clearly defined problem, such as a broken layout, mobile display issue, JavaScript error or malfunctioning element. Multiple unrelated problems may require the Standard or Premium package.
Can you work on an existing website without rebuilding it?
Yes. This service is focused on diagnosing and fixing problems in an existing site. I will avoid unnecessary rebuilding and make targeted changes whenever possible.
