Do you touch my site without making a backup first?
Never. A full backup of your files and database is always the very first step before any intervention. Your data is fully secured before I change anything.

What access do you need to fix my site?
Typically your WordPress admin credentials and your hosting access (cPanel, Plesk or equivalent). For some issues, FTP/SFTP access may also be needed. I will tell you exactly what's required after you describe your problem.
What if the problem comes back after your fix?
