Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can you write the script for me?
No. Script-writing is not my speciality so I encourage clients who are unsure where to start, to look for script-writers here on Fiverr. However, if a script doesn't flow well, I will offer some suggestions to ensure you get the best possible result.
  • Can you supply the music to put underneath the voice recording?
No. I can supply you with a list of sites to source great music and I will happily add that to the voice over. However, as music is quite subjective, I believe it is important for clients to choose music that best represents their brand and also control any ongoing usage fees (if any) of that music
  • Do you charge in AU or US dollars?
As Fiverr is an international site and uses US dollars, I am also required to charge in US dollars. However, depending on your settings, if you see an A$ at the start of the price, it is showing you the approximate converted price in AU dollars.
  • Are you available for future updates?
Yes. This is my full time job. However, sometimes I place my Fiverr profile on "pause" so I can work on large scripts. Please do not let this put you off! Just make sure you "favourite" my profile to find me again and message me regardless of my paused status. I will get back to you ASAP.
  • Apart from a script, what else should I provide?
When you order, you will be required to fill out a short questionnaire. However, to avoid re-recording fees, please send me a pronunciation guide for any words I may not be familiar with. Eg: Technical terms, names of places and people. Provide a youtube link or recording of your own if its easier!
  • How come your word count is different to mine?
On-hold messages usually have contact emails, other phone numbers and times etc. You need to count how many words are actually spoken not what a computer word count gives . eg: EJ@fiverr.com.au is only 1 word in a computerised word count, but it is actually 7 words. "EJ at fiverr dot com dot au"
