During my time at Techsavannah, I worked as an ICT intern where I supported the organization’s daily technical operations and digital systems. My role involved assisting with computer setup, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, and providing technical support to staff to ensure smooth workflow. I worked with common productivity and communication tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, assisted with data entry and digital documentation, and supported system updates and routine maintenance. I also collaborated with team members on technology-related tasks, followed organizational IT policies, and gained hands-on experience in professional ICT environments. This role strengthened my technical skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and understanding of how technology supports business and innovation in a real-world setting.
