PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE PLANS: Written by a Registered Nurse with Real Bedside Experience.
Are you a nursing student struggling to write a care plan that actually makes clinical sense? Or a healthcare educator who needs accurate, well-structured care plans for training materials?
You've found the right nurse.
I am a registered nurse with hands-on bedside experience in clinical care. Unlike general freelance writers, I understand pathophysiology, NANDA nursing diagnoses, and what actually happens at the patient's bedside, and that knowledge shows in every care plan I write.
WHAT YOU WILL GET:

Clearly defined short-term and long-term goals (SMART format)

Clean, professional formatting (Word or PDF)
CONDITIONS I COVER:
Medical-Surgical (post-op care, wound management, pain)
Cardiovascular (hypertension, heart failure, MI)

FAQ
Can I message you before placing an order?
Yes — and I strongly encourage it. Care plans are highly specific. Before ordering, please share: (1) the medical condition or diagnosis, (2) your academic level and institution if applicable, (3) any required format such as APA or a specific school template, and (4) the number of nursing diagnoses
What nursing diagnosis framework do you use?
All my care plans are based on the NANDA-I (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association International) framework — the globally accepted standard for nursing diagnoses. Goals are written in SMART format, and interventions are evidence-based.
What if I need revisions?
Each package includes one free revision. Revisions apply to corrections within the original scope — for example, adjusting a diagnosis, adding a rationale, or reformatting. Significant additions (extra diagnoses, new sections) are treated as new work. Additional revision rounds are a gig extra.
