Preparation for Registration:

Approve the unique company name, rent a legal address, select business activities, determine share capital, and specify the number of founders with their shares and responsibilities. Decide if your company will be a VAT taxpayer.

Obtain a PESEL identification number and an EPUAP electronic signature (Profil zaufany) for each founder for online registration.

Draft the articles of association or deed depending on the number of founders (1 to 5).

Register in the KRS (National Court Register) and pay state fees online via S24.

Obtain a NIP tax identifier within 7 days and a REGON number within 7 to 30 days.

Register the new payer in ZUS and open a company bank account.

Register for VAT 7 days before signing the first contract if applicable.

Pay the PCC-3 tax at 0.5% of the share capital within 14 days of registration.

Submit the NIP-8 declaration to the tax office about the founder(s) as taxpayers within 21 days.
