This is just a simple one week workout routine for beginners wanting to improve themselves physically as well as mentally. This is a timetable Monday to Sunday with basic bodywork and cardio aerobic fitness
(Aerobic fitness is exercises that strengthen the heart and lungs, and is good for burning fat and loosing weight.) This will require ten to thirty minutes of your day.
