In this project, I successfully set up and configured a complete Lofty CRM system for a real estate business to improve lead management and automate follow-up processes. The setup included proper CRM configuration, lead capture integration, pipeline creation, and automation workflows to ensure every incoming lead is tracked, nurtured, and moved efficiently through the sales process. I also structured automated responses and task assignments to help the client respond faster and close deals more effectively. The system was designed to reduce manual work, improve organization, and increase conversion rates by creating a streamlined and automated real estate workflow inside Lofty CRM.
