About this gig

If you're doing the same thing to a spreadsheet every week, that's a script.

What I write:

Data cleaning and reshaping: merge files, fix formats, dedupe, validate, split, reconcile

Web scraping and API pulls: collect it on a schedule, put it somewhere useful

Report generation: raw data in, formatted Excel or Sheets out, ready to send

File and folder automation: batch rename, sort, convert, extract from PDFs

How I hand it over:

You get the source code, commented, and it's yours

It runs with a double-click, so you don't need to know Python or install anything complicated

Logging, so when a run fails you find out instead of quietly getting stale data

A short written setup guide, plus a video if it's involved

How it works:

First, describe the task and send a sample file (fake data is fine)

Then I confirm exactly what goes in and what comes out before building

Finally you get the script, the guide, and a run of it on your sample

On scraping: I'll check the site's terms before you order and tell you if it's not something I'll build. I'd rather lose the order than hand you something that gets your IP blocked.

I build the systems that take repetitive admin off your desk. Spreadsheets are where most of my shipped work lives: KPI dashboards, client trackers and sales pipelines in Google Sheets and Excel, on live formulas, styled well enough to show a client. From there I automate: Python that cleans, merges, scrapes and reports on a schedule; AI wired into the tools you already use, answering from your own documents; the same structures in Notion when people need different views of one thing. I agree what goes in and comes out before building, and build things to fail loudly, not quietly.
