Do you only develop scripts?
No. I also customize Advanced PDF/HTML templates, SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, fields and forms, Saved Searches, SuiteQL, reports, dashboards and integrations. We agree on the deliverable before the order.
What does the Basic package include?
One minor change to an existing script, PDF template, workflow or field configuration, with testing, handover notes and one revision. New complex solutions need a larger package or custom offer.
Can you integrate NetSuite with another system?
Yes. I work with RESTlets, SuiteTalk, external APIs and Celigo. Send API documentation, the systems involved and required data flow so I can confirm scope and quote.
What access do you need?
No account access is needed for initial scoping. Development and testing may require a dedicated NetSuite user with a limited role, preferably in a sandbox. Please do not send passwords in the requirements.
Which certifications do you hold?
NetSuite Certified Application Developer Professional, Web Services Developer Professional and SuiteAnalytics User, plus Celigo integrator.io Mastery Level 1: Skilled.
Are testing and deployment included?
All packages include testing against the agreed scope. Standard and Premium include deployment when appropriate access is available. Basic includes the change and implementation notes.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the delivered work within the original agreed requirements. Additional records, templates, integrations or new functionality require a separately agreed scope.
