I am offering a personalized workout to help you achieve your unique fitness goals. I have never believed in cookie cutter routines and each new client is different. I base my routines on exercises and movements that are proven to give the best results, and I also have much experience working around limitations, including chronic back pain, ankle injuries, wrist/forearm injuries. I can make workout plans for any goal: pack on muscle, burn off fat, get ripped abs, get toned arms, run a marathon, improve posture and balance.

I also am very experienced on the nutritional side of fitness. I have modeled and done bodybuilding and have experience following very strict diets. That being said, my belief is that the best way to approach nutrition is to simplify your diet by basing it around 20 or so nutritionally dense foods and avoiding some certain foods. I will give out my list of top 20 foods for best nutrition and the list of all the foods you need to avoid.
