Do you take a backup before fixing my website?
Yes. I back up your site before making any change, so your data stays safe even if something unexpected happens during the fix.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I review the problem first and tell you honestly if I can solve it. If I can't, I'll cancel the order so you don't pay for work that wasn't delivered.
Do I need to share my admin password?
I need temporary access to work on your site. For your safety, create a separate admin user for me and delete it once the work is done.
Which errors can you fix?
White screen of death, 500/503/404 errors, "critical error" messages, database connection errors, plugin and theme conflicts, failed updates, login issues, and redirect loops.
Can you clean a hacked or infected website?
Yes. Malware scan and cleanup is included in the Premium package, and you can add it as an extra to Basic or Standard.
Do you work on hosting and server issues?
Yes. I work with cPanel, FTP, databases, PHP versions, .htaccess and SSL on most hosting providers.
Will you break my design or content?
No. I change only what is needed to fix the problem and test everything before delivery, so your design and content stay intact.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Free support is included in every package. If the same issue returns during the support period, I'll fix it at no extra cost.
Should I message you before ordering?
It's recommended. Send me your site URL and a short description or screenshot, and I'll confirm which package fits your problem best.
How fast can you fix a critical WordPress error?
Most single errors are fixed within 24 hours with the Basic package. Hacked sites or multiple issues take longer — check the Standard/Premium delivery times. Message me first with your error and I'll give you an exact timeline.
