About This Gig

For 5 days I'll send you a workout challenge depending on your fitness level.
It basically will be a set of exercises that you should do that day.
The exercises will not require and equipment and are based on your own body weight. They will improve your overall stamina, endurance and health.
They will require no more than 15 min of your time.
General knowledge of basic exercises is a plus however I'll explain each exercise or send one with a picture.
