If you don't like the design in the first draft, you always have the option to request a revision. Each revision request is typically addressed within 24 to 48 hours. If you don't like the design at all, you can request a REDO for sure.

Vector files can be resized to any size without losing quality. The vector file is mainly used for printing purposes. The most important reason to have a vector file is you have the ability to edit & manipulate your own logo anytime in the future. It provides a level of ownership of your own design.
