Where is it hosted?
Vercel or Cloudflare (free tiers are usually enough). I set it up on your account.
Can the backend be built with .NET instead of Node.js?
Yes. I build the API and admin backend in Node.js or ASP.NET Core (C#), whichever suits your team and hosting. The Next.js front end stays the same.
