This man is by no means a real professional trainer (coming from a former athlete). But he's very passionate about it, he gives a ton of material & seems nice!! Biggest problem is that his info is SO scrambled/all over the place. He doesn't have like leg day chest day etc. The rest of it also messy.

my goal is to gain muscle mass and most of the documents and details he provided me with were for losing weight. lots was for men as well (recommended i take a mens multivitamin), and i'm a woman. didn't seem very customized for my own body type/goals
