The Intermediate Package is a great package for Small to Medium Offices. This will enable greater functionality of the Server to make collaborating instinctively easy. The following is included:
Open Directory - For user management.
The Starter Package is included.
The Advanced Package is for larger offices this will enable the last remaining services for a complete Mac OS X experience:

There are some additional add-ons to this service that you should consider. Firstly is setting up a Time Machine Backup to prevent any loss of data and secondly is VPN so you can access your data from anywhere. These are listed as extras below.
