Common ones I sort out fast: the white screen of death, 500 and 502 errors, "critical error" messages, broken plugins and theme conflicts, PHP warnings and fatal errors, database connection issues, login and admin lockouts, and sites that break right after an update.
I find the actual cause first instead of guessing, fix it, then check nothing else broke in the process. If it's a small one, it's often done the same day.
I work on a copy or with a backup wherever I can, so your live site stays safe while I dig in. I'll also tell you what caused it so it doesn't keep coming back.
