With me you a receive a one hour consultation where we discuss:
- your current nutrition goals
- understanding calories, proteins, carbs and fats
- addressing the foods you need to incorporate and including the foods you love so actually stick to the plan
- meals timings so the eating fits in with your lifestyle
- while not necessary, we can incorporate some supplements into your diet for added benefits
After our initial consultation I will send you a personalized meal plan (PDF document) which covers
A full 7 day meal plan (with alternative meals), meal portions and calorie intake.
"What gets measured, gets managed"
Nobody achieves a goal perfectly straight away... we need to track your progress and potentially make adjustments where appropriate.
That's why I offer additional coaching:
2 x 1 hour consultations (over 2 weeks) or 4 x 1 hour consultations (over 4 weeks)
You are required to write down all your meals each day and we will be reviewing your progress after each week
We can track your progress and keep you accountable
