Do we need to be on Microsoft Azure already?
No. This gig comes before that decision. Platform choice is part of what I deliver, and the recommendation can be Azure, OpenAI directly or a no-code tool - whatever fits your case. If you are already on Azure, even better.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if your team needs to get productive with AI. Standard if management needs to decide where to start. Premium if you also need the target architecture and the running costs. Message me first and I will scope it with you.
How many people can join, and in which language?
Up to about 15 people per session, so everyone gets to ask. Larger teams work better as several sessions. I deliver in English or German, live and remote - recorded on request, so anyone who misses it can catch up.
Is the EU AI Act part legal advice?
No. I explain what the regulation means for systems like yours in plain language, so you can ask your lawyer the right questions. For a binding assessment of your own case you need a lawyer, not a consultant.
What do we actually get at the end?
A document you can take into a management meeting: use cases ranked by value, cost against benefit, and a roadmap - in Premium also the target architecture and the monthly running costs. Yours to keep and to share.
What does it cost if we build it afterwards?
Setting up the AI infrastructure runs USD 5,000-12,000, a data pipeline USD 6,000-10,000 per source, and Azure itself around USD 140 a month. Ongoing work runs as a monthly partnership. All of that is a separate step.
