Connect to your AI
I will build n8n automation workflows and ai agents for your business
Vladyslav K.
About this gig
I build n8n workflows that take repetitive work off your hands and add AI where it actually helps.
Typical jobs:
- a new lead from a form or ad goes to your CRM or Google Sheets and a message lands in Telegram
- incoming emails or chats are read by AI, sorted and answered with a draft
- an AI agent that looks things up in your data and replies to customers
- scheduled reports sent to you every morning
You get a working, tested workflow in your n8n (cloud or self-hosted), a short note on how it works and what to change, and free fixes within the revision period.
I ask a few questions first so the workflow matches how you really work, and I show you a working version before the final delivery.
Send me the apps you use and what should happen automatically.

I build small tools that take boring work off your hands: Telegram bots for orders and bookings, scrapers that collect prices or listings into a spreadsheet, Excel/VBA reports that build themselves. Over 200 completed orders with reviews on a Ukrainian freelance platform. I ask a few questions first, show a working demo early, and stay around after delivery if something needs a fix.
FAQ
Do you work in n8n Cloud or self-hosted?
Both. I can build in your cloud account or on your own server, you decide.
What do you need from me?
A short description of the process, the apps involved, and access to connect them. If you are not sure about something, I will ask before I start.
Can you add AI to a workflow?
Yes. AI steps are included in the Smart Workflow and AI Agent Setup packages.
What if the workflow breaks later?
Errors tied to my work are fixed for free within the revision period, and I add error alerts so you know right away.
