  • How do I join an SMC (shared marketing campaign)?
    By replying back to the email and/or automated phone message saying “I’M IN!” Example: You receive an SMC offer over the phone, regarding direct mail that will reach 2500 locations. At the end of the message you simply say, "I'm In". You will receive a followup call to go over details.
  • What are the different types of SMCs?
    Currently Social Media, Direct Mail, Billboards, Radio, Television, Newspaper, Bus Shelters/Benches, and City Buses.
  • Will I be able to approve my ad before distributing?
    Yes, as long as your response is before the deadline, an email will be sent to you with a mockup. If not, we may or may not run your ad.
  • When are payments due?
    Membership (Basic and Premium) are due upon member registration. Campaign and PayGo member fees are due by campaign deadline. Monthly fees due by the 15th.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    You will receive an invoice with an option to pay online or you can go to our online store. Click on your membership type and the SMC you're interested in.
