- Responsible for launching the UK business into Asia - Transitioning from a start-up to a multi-million pound generating investment firm. Reporting directly to the Managing Director -APAC. - Launched over 11+ new property developments across East Asia; generating over £150M+ in direct sales. Took projects from concept to completion by implementing strategic marketing plans and delivering promotional campaigns/collateral i.e. multilingual brochures, creating landing pages/website, social media visuals, email campaigns, press releases and creative video assets etc. Additional responsibilities include copywriting, drafting press releases and presentations. - Recruited and led a team of marketing specialists. Directly managing the in-house team, all online/offline marketing activities for the company. Built and managed relationships with the media, vendors and establishments i.e. 5*hotels. - Managing yearly advertising spend in excess of £1M. - Organising, promoting and executing corporate events; 1-3 events month i.e. hotel property exhibitions, seminars, VIP exclusive events etc. Events had interest with up to 600+ attendees at one time. - Responsible for managing the CRM database and allocating incoming leads to the Sales team. Client acquisition via marketing saw the database expand rapidly in a few years to generating a few hundred leads per month.
