About This Gig

I have over 25 years of athletic expertise, I am a former New York Giants football player, 4 year starting running back at Rutgers University competing in the Big East conference, first all time in career rushing yards in New Jersey(38th nationally all-time) and High Jump/Javelin national High School Champion.  Let me do all the research and hard work to figure out what exercises to do while all you have to worry about is getting to the gym.  I have learned from the best strength and nutrition coaches in the world.
