Your content must be on editable documents such as Word, Excel, RTF, text, .doc, .xls, etc. If you are unsure, send me the document before placing your order.
For non-text documents, like images and scans of documents, the price then depends on the complexity of the document so please contact me first or send me the document before placing your order.

PDF documents are image files. They are not true text documents. For this reason, they behave differently, and require special, expensive software, which I do not have. With some PDFs it is possible to copy and paste the text into a Word document, with others it is not.
Yes, I use translation software for speed and efficiency. I correct the translation at the same time to ensure that the meaning and intent of the translated content remains the same.
